- 2 peaches
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp honey, divided
- 2 tbsp Spice is Life Original Choil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions

- Place the wings on the rack of a cold Traeger. Start the smoker cold and let it climb to 400F. The wings take on smoke as the temperature rises and finish crispy outside, juicy inside.

- Skin and pit the peaches. Brush with olive oil and grill both sides until you get good char marks.
- Add the grilled peach halves, lime juice, pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp of the honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the puree into a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the remaining 1 tbsp honey and the Original Choil. Reduce a few minutes until it thickens into a glaze.
blank
- Add the wings to a bowl, pour over the glaze, and toss until fully coated. Top with the chopped green onions and serve.
