    • 2 lbs chicken wings
    • 1 tsp salt

    • 1 tsp granulated garlic
    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • 2 peaches
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 2 tbsp Spice is Life Original Choil
    • 2 green onions, chopped

      1. Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels. Season evenly on both sides with the salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and onion powder.
      2. Set the wings on a wire rack and refrigerate uncovered overnight to dry the skin.

      1. Place the wings on the rack of a cold Traeger. Start the smoker cold and let it climb to 400F. The wings take on smoke as the temperature rises and finish crispy outside, juicy inside.

      1. Skin and pit the peaches. Brush with olive oil and grill both sides until you get good char marks.
      2. Add the grilled peach halves, lime juice, pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp of the honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
      3. Pour the puree into a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the remaining 1 tbsp honey and the Original Choil. Reduce a few minutes until it thickens into a glaze.

      1. Add the wings to a bowl, pour over the glaze, and toss until fully coated. Top with the chopped green onions and serve.
